Summary

Letter from Dorothea Bleek to Professor Clement Doke, dated 2 August 1935. Dorothea writes to Doke in his capacity as editor of Bantu Studies journal. She has come across "another Bushman treasure - songs with the music written down...". She is copying the stories containing the songs and will ask Professor Kirby to copy the music. She informs Doke there will be three Bushman "lots" for publication the following year in Bantu Studies; photographs of the |xam are also ready for printing. She sends Doke some of her father's "Comparative Grammar" materials.
