Copy of a letter from Professor Clement Doke to Dorothea Bleek, 10 September 1940, in response to her letter of 4 September. Doke thanks Dorothea for her update on the Bushman dictionary and Bleek and Lloyd's texts - he is now able to "rectify" his report to the Inter-University Committee. Doke advises Dorothea to submit a copy of the dictionary to the Committee, along with an application for support for its publication, as he believes they would be interested.
