A letter to Lucy Lloyd from GJ Anderson, sent from Oudtshoorn and dated 26 October 1878. Anderson reports interviewing the woman they had discussed and recording several Bushman words. However, her responses were inconsistent, offering different words when asked again. He asks Lloyd to assess the usefulness of what he sent and will collect more if she finds it worthwhile.
