Bleek delivers further updates on the 'Austrian-Italian-Prussian war' (or Austro-Prussian War) detailing Austro-Prussian engagement in the Moravian theatre at Olmütz and Italy's General Cialdini's successful occupation of the whole Austro-Italian territory (of Lombardy-Venetia) north of the Quadrilateral and Venice. France's inaction concerning Venice is also curious. Hanover and Hesse Cassel will integrate into Prussia, but Napoleon III requested that a geographically innocuous Saxony (which does not impede Prussia's access) remain a separate kingdom.
