An un-personalised circular from Georg von Mendelssohn (1886-1955), a Dorpat-born and Hellerau/Munich-based metalworker and goldsmith (Lakner, 2020: 46]), notifying unnamed recipients that his wife successfully gave birth to their twins, Thomas and Margot.

Georg Robert von Mendelssohn (1886 - 1955), born to philologist Prof. Ludwig Mendelssohn (of the Mendelssohn's of Jever) and Alexandrine von Cramer, dropped the 'von' particle from his name when he left Munich and began working in Hellerau.
